A good friend of mine, Paul McCall, has agreed to program some great stuff for us. Tonight he'll be working on the flash player that'll play the tunes for all you great people out there.

We're looking into advertising options, including some banner ads-- does anyone even click those?

We've had four top-quality visual artists join the project in the last two days, it's very exciting.

We're working on a cd release party, and we'll be inviting members of the press.

And finally, we still need YOUR help. When this thing drops, we'll need bloggers to talk about it, folks with websites to link to it, people to tell their friends through emails and im, links in your profile and signatures, everything. If we all pitch in just a little bit, this thing will be huge.

an update

We're in the process of putting together the Valentine's album, plus adding a slew of cool stuff to the site. It's been amazing seeing all the talented people respond and offer their services to make this little baby grow.

In the works:

- cool new graphics
- a flash player that'll play the music while you browse the site, if you so desire
- a Valentine art gallery, as a companion to the new album
- new collaborators from all over the world (Germany, England, France, Australia, Canada...)
- t-shirts (although not til it warms up a bit)
- little fun on-site applications like a fan-art creator
- a forum (message board) where you can speculate on t.winn's love life

And more cool little treats hidden throughout the site. You've got to find them yourself. But don't start looking yet, unless you didn't already know about the hidden track on the main page (just click some stuff, you'll find it).

I've submitted an application to be included in the itunes music store.

hello friends

We've been online for a week now, and we're still averaging over 100 unique hits per day, some of them coming from as far as Malaysia and Australia. Our site design was praised by a fellow who teaches at MIT. Not bad for a project that came together in a little less than a month.

We've so far received three donations to support the project, money which will be passed on to Millenium Villages. Thank you for contributing.

Plans are in the works for our next collaboration, tentatively titled "An Elephant Hug Valentine." Please keep in touch so you don't miss it.
